Service Agreement

1. Protocol Acceptance

By engaging GymFix Services (“GymFix KE”), accessing our technical registry, or booking a site audit mission, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the facility owner/manager (“Client”) and GymFix KE, governing all technical interventions and digital data access.

2. Site Audit Mission

A standard Site Audit fee of KES 3,000 is required for all initial facility assessments within the Nairobi Metropolitan Area.

The fee covers one certified technician's on-site deployment and asset indexing.
A digital health report and fiscal quotation will be delivered within 24 hours of mission completion.
The KES 3,000 fee is 100% deductible from the Client's first corrective repair or maintenance invoice if booked within 30 days of the audit.

3. Fiscal Protocol

GymFix KE is a tax-compliant entity. All transactions are processed through the KRA eTims system.

"Mission Execution: A 70% mobilization deposit is required for all corrective repairs and spare part procurements. The remaining 30% balance is due immediately upon technical clearance and signing of the digital job card."

4. Technical Warranty

We provide a 30-day labor warranty on all corrective repairs. This warranty is limited to the specific mechanical or electronic node serviced during the mission. The warranty is voided if third-party technicians intervene or if equipment is subjected to misuse beyond manufacturer specifications.

5. Liability Protection

GymFix KE acts as a technical operations partner. While we provide safety certificates and precision repairs, the ultimate responsibility for user safety and facility insurance lies with the Client. GymFix KE is not liable for indirect losses, data loss from digital registries, or injuries resulting from machine usage post-commissioning.

6. Data Protocol

All facility data, machine health indices, and service histories are stored in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act. Client data will never be sold to third-party equipment retailers. AI-generated reports and Knowledge Base content are the intellectual property of GymFix KE.

Jurisdiction Node

These terms are governed by the Laws of the Republic of Kenya.
