Our AI-powered cost estimate is a preliminary, non-binding quote based on the information you provide. The final cost may vary after a physical inspection by a technician.

2. Bookings and Payments

When you book a service, you agree to pay the quoted amount upon completion of the service. We accept various forms of payment as indicated during the booking process. Any cancellation or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

3. Your Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing a safe and accessible environment for our technicians to perform their work.
• Ensuring that the equipment to be serviced is disconnected from power sources where necessary.
• Communicating any known hazards or specific conditions related to the equipment or location.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, GymFix KE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We provide a 90-day warranty on all repairs, covering the specific parts replaced and labor performed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software (such as the AI cost estimator), is the property of GymFix KE or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
