1. Node Telemetry
We collect technical data related to your equipment nodes (brand, model, serial numbers, and service history). This data is indexed in our permanent registry to provide you with "Digital Passports" for every asset in your facility.
2. Client Credentials
Information provided during site audit booking (contact names, phone numbers, and official emails) is strictly used for mission synchronization and fiscal invoicing via KRA eTims. We never share your credentials with third-party retailers.
3. Cloud Security
Our technical hub is hosted on high-security global CDN nodes. All communication between your device and the GymFix registry is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.
4. Legal Compliance
GymFix KE operates in full compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act. You have the right to request a full extract of your facility registry or the deletion of your corporate profile from our systems.
AI & Technical Intelligence
Our AI models analyze anonymized aggregate data across the national node network to predict failure patterns in specific machine models. This allows us to provide you with superior "Pro Tips" and preventive maintenance schedules without ever exposing your specific facility data.
