The Completion Process

Before any job is considered complete, our technicians follow a structured finalization protocol.

All approved repair and maintenance tasks are finalized by the technician.
Equipment is run through a series of post-service tests to verify functionality.
The asset’s digital record in the GymFix system is updated with the completed work.

Digital Job Card Documentation

Every service action is meticulously logged on a digital job card. This document lists the initial fault, the diagnostic findings, the corrective actions taken, and any parts that were used. This creates a permanent, traceable record for each specific asset.

Client Verification & Sign-Off

Accountability is confirmed through client verification.

Our technician will request the designated facility representative to inspect the serviced equipment.
The client representative confirms the work has been completed to their satisfaction and the machine is operational.
A formal sign-off is completed on the digital job card, locking the record.

Finalization & Invoicing

Once the client has signed off, the job is marked as "Completed" in our system. This action automatically triggers the generation and issuance of the final 30% completion invoice, closing the service loop with full documentation and verified results.
